Customer satisfaction
Please rest assured that all emails are answered, and any questions that need asking can be dealt with to your complete satisfaction.
99% of customers are happy dealing with me on this basis, but I am aware that some people prefer the 'personal' touch, and would rather phone or visit. I simply do not have time for this, so if you're one of the 1%, then you should probably choose a different cue maker...
Customer relations
Please bear in mind that I am always very busy. So you may find my replies a little abrupt at times, but they will be clear, concise, and 'to the point'.
So please do not confuse this with rudeness or lack of interest. I read every email very carefully and take pride in replying to every enquiry with genuine honesty and a desire to help you make the right choices.

If you do not receive a reply to an email, send it again, because occasionally, one of five things may have happened:
- It was mistakenly sent to my spam folder and I did not actually see it.
- My reply was mistakenly sent to your spam folder. So check that.
- There is some kind of block on your server that prevents my replies getting through. So check that.
- Your email address, as set up on your email client, is wrong. This has happened before where I have replied, but the address does not exist. So check your address.
- I forgot...
